How did a law firm generate thousands of pounds of new revenue in one month?
Stanley de Leon, who've been in business for 85 years, had a little capacity due to a downturn in the housing sector, so were looking for a new revenue stream. Something that would provide a regular income and be process driven so that any member of staff could do the work. What could they do?
We identified that there was an opportunity in helping members of the public to reclaim their missold payment protection insurance.
Having defined the size of market and the business opportunity. We researched the current competitors, their offers and position in the market to find the gap. Once identified we worked with Stanley de Leon to frame their offer and set up the internal process for answering calls and processing enquiries.
Our offer to the consumer was to process their claim on a no-win no-fee basis, by a qualified solicitor.
We designed, branded, marketed and built a dedicated PPI claim specialist website optimised for hundreds of keywords and phrases which propelled it to the top of the search engines within 4 weeks in natural listings. Social media tactics were added to widen the marketing of the website. No paid advertising was used, making a significant saving and reducing the cost of acquiring each new client. Traffic to the website doubled month on month and the 'start my ppi claim' forms are coming in on a daily basis. Within 6 months the estimated value of claims through the website was in excess of £100,000.
